Spiral’s Black Strap Molasses is a thick, dark, strong flavoured syrup made from sugar cane. It is a by product of the sugar refining industry. The sugar cane is crushed and processed to obtain refined sugar. The residue after this process has been completed, is called Molasses. The darker the colour the richer the nutrients.
