FAQ

How far from Seaford Victoria do you deliver?

Our standard delivery area extends North of Seaford to Parkdale, East to Karingal, and South to Mornington. We can arrange to deliver to areas beyond these boundaries, but a $60 minimum order applies. If you’re located out of our delivery area, please select a $60 box and up or ensure your total check-out amount is over $60. Otherwise, please email/call us to discuss delivery options.

Can I pick my ordered box up from your store?

Yes, a pick-up option is selectable at check-out. Please advise a pick-up time in the delivery note field at check-out. Pick-up is welcome during the following business hours. These are 1pm to 6pm Weekdays, and 1pm to 4pm Saturdays.

What are your delivery days/times?

Our delivery days are Mondays and Thursdays.

Order cut-offs are Sunday for Monday delivery and Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Delivery hours are 5pm to 9pm.

How is my delivery packaged?

As we strive to be a zero-waste operation, we package our deliveries in boxes from goods received by the shop. Maximum care is taken to ensure that produce and dry goods alike remain undamaged  in transit. The boxes can also be picked up by us when you receive your next delivery.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, it is an option, but only if someone is present to make payment upon delivery.

Can my delivery be left at my door if I’m not home?

Yes, we can leave the delivery at your door but cannot be responsible for it once delivered. We suggest that if you are not home, a safe location is selected away from direct sunlight or possible rain. If possible, why not leave an esky out to ensure everything remains fresh as can be.

Can I also shop in store?

Certainly! We are a retail store, with a smoothie/coffee bar, and a small selection of planting seeds and seedlings. Our opening hours are 11am to 6pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Late night shopping on Thursdays 11am to 7pm, and 11am to 4pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays.

Is your produce Certified Organic?

Yes, we source our produce from certified organic growers/wholesalers. We are a dedicated organic business with a strong focus on Local and Australian certified organic produce/products.

Do you supply Organic Meat?

Yes, We stock Cherry Tree Organic Meats from South Gippsland ~ Tarwin Lower, Victoria. They supply Certified Organic Beef, Lamb & Chicken.

Due to the varied weights, we are not set up to offer online meat orders. However, you can request a price list to be emailed to you. Orders must be in by Tuesday 5pm (at the latest) for Thursday after 3pm (Pick up or delivery Thurs). We accept pre-payment over the phone or cash-on-delivery.
